iPod NBC Shows Bigger Resolution - WHY?

Hey,

How come NBC new shows are at a higher resolution (853x480) than any of the other shows that are on iTunes. I'm not just talking about the HD Shows but also the Standard Definition too.

Will all the other TV Shows be updated to this quality?
