iPhone NC pushing app/homescreen down instead of overlaying it

Hi all,

I have a jailbroken iPhone running iOS6.1. My Notification Center appears differently when I swipe down from the status bar. Instead of overlaying on top of the existing app or homescreen, it pushes it down. It's as though the NC is always the background and the existing screen just gets pushes down.

I think it's probably a tweak that's causing this as in my unjailbroken state, the NC appears as an overlay.

I don't have any obvious candidates, like BlurriedNC, NCEffect, etc... any idea what could be causing this? Intelliscreen? Zephyr?

That is apart of the Zephyr tweak. It can be easily disabled in the settings
