iPhone Nc settings help

i have installed NC settings from cydia because personally, from the screenshots, i think it looks a lot better than sbsettings. problem is after installation, i went into settings and all the toggles are set to on. when i pull down the NC, there are no toggles. any help? iphone 5 jailbroken ios 6.1
