I'm not sure if anyone else has this problem, but my NCSeetings and WeeKillBackground widgets never manually stay at top of notifications center. From time to time they always get dragged down to somewhere in the middle of notifications center (and always between the same apps). I even set my notifications to manually sort, and it always happens. Does this happen to anyone else?

i dont know about weekillbackground but i've never had this happen with ncsettings or any other widget.

of course i am presuming that aside from setting it to manually you are also placing these widgets exactly where you want them in your settings? otherwise of course if you have other apps or widgets higher up in the list they will appear first when they have notifications.

I don't have WeeKillBackground, but yes it happens to me. But in my case it sticks until a respring. Sometimes several resprings. But sooner or later it happens.

It's probably down to the tweaks/apps I have, but for me it's infrequent. So while an annoyance it's the infrequency that has not made me seek the cause. It hasn't irritated me enough yet.

Strange. I've never had this happen to me. Maybe its another tweak causing it? Do you have the most recent versions of the dependencies?

Do you have the Notifications set to Manual or By Time?

Manual, hell I press manual like 20 times to make sure it remembers it, but still happens. It's weird, because it's the only 2 notifications that are from Cydia and are the ones that never stay at the top (or even any other place I put them, such as near top). I'm gonna try removing Zypher, see if that does the trick. Because I know Notifications Center reacts differently a bit with that installed. Probably not the case but I'm willing to shoot into the dark at this point trying to solve this.

Well it looks like it was Zephyr. I haven't had weekillbackground and ncsettings go down in the list since uninstalling Zephyr. Kinda sucks I wasted 4.99 on Zephyr.

for the first time ever, this happened on my device today.

i wouldnt blame just any one tweak or app, because i dont even use ncsettings or weekillbackground much less zephyr.

i do use BDP and i keep it at the top, and today, mysteriously, it was dragged down several places whilst Mail decided it would be on top.

Well it dropped down the in the list again ::smh:: so I guess it wasn't Zephyr. But it did last a while at the top when removing Zephyr. ugh.

Yea I doubt its zephyr. That's one of the more popular tweaks. If it was the cause, more people would be reporting it. Not sure why its happening to you. You can try uninstalling WeeLoader (or the other dependency often used) and delete any leftover plist files. Then reinstall and see if it sticks.

Edit: WeePreferenceLoader was the other dependency I was thinking about. I don't have any tweaks which require it but if you do, you can also try uninstalling that package and deleting any leftover plist files and then reinstall and see if it sticks.
