Hey guys sorry, been spending hours on this but i can't figure out how to configure ncsettings in settings.
Theres no ON/OFF switch as shown in the pic. Also i can't jiggle the icons to re-arrange them in my notifications, please help thanks

EDIT SOLVED:
Figured it OUT , the configuration page doesn't work with my fingers swiping it WTH...had to pull out my stylus !!! OH YEA
