iPhone NCSettings doesn't stay at the top of notification center

Hi everyone. Need some help here. I have NCSettings, and I would like it to be on the top row of the notification center. However, from time to time, I see that it goes back down in the list of apps to near the bottom of notification center. Does anyone know why this happens and/or if there is a remedy for this?

Hi,
The way to fix this is to go to settings> notifications and make sure that NCsettings is on top of the list "in notification center" and is checked on manually

I swore I had it set up like this originally. Anyway, I did it, and re-checked manual and has stayed at the top of notification center all day. So I think it worked. Thanks a lot!

How do you sort the items in the Notification Center? They seem "stuck" where they are...

See first reply go into settings app press notifications, edit and the right hand side of each app will make a square grab this and move the app to the order you want
