iPhone NCSettings icons blank?

Hi.
I jailbroke my iPhone 5 6.1.2. Im having a problem with NCSettings.
The icons are missing. I can only see the main bar in notification center. Anyone else having the problem or knows how to solve it. I reinstalled the tweak as well!

After downloading NCSettings through Cydia on my iPad, I had the same issue.

All of the toggles were moved to the "off" category, could just need to head to NCSettings extension in your Settings App to move back over. I think a previous install messed things up.
