iPhone NCSettings text not showing?

I saw in the theme it has a "text" toggle, but the thing is there isn't text showing when I enable it.

Does this feature just not work?

Are you saying that there's not text showing in the notification center all the time, or are you saying that text doesn't show up when you use one of the toggles? If I'm thinking about the same setting you are then it toggles the second one on and off, not the first. For example, if you hit the mute toggle it will display a message saying mute on or mute off depending on what state you're in to begin with.

Ahh ok that makes sense then. Is there any way to have small text on the bottom ALL the time kinna like SBSettings?

I don't think so. At least not via the settings menu of NCSettings.
