Need a BASIC RSS reader

Hi everybody.
I'm looking for a very basic RSS reader for following forum posts. What I want is one that can open an entire thread in a simple text only format i.e. rather than open the whole thread in safari/a browser that also loads all the graphics etc. and just slows down the experience.

I've tried Byline and Gazette so far but no luck. Anybody got some suggestions?

Wouldn't that depend on the feed itself? For example I follow 2 local news feeds and one of them doesn't include any of the stories, only a description and link. While the other includes the description and entire story.

ahhhh........ maybe. All I know is that previously when using a WM phone the RSS reader would show the first post in a thread and then if you wanted to see the rest of the thread it loaded it up in a text-only format. I just assumed that the iPhone apps would be the same or better!

That said that particular web site has since been completely changed so that might be reason. It's just a bit of a pain waiting for graphics to load on a slow connection.
