Hello members. I decided to join this community to see if any of you could assist me with our inventory issue. I'm currently in need of a simple app to assist me in inventory at my job. What I am looking for is a scanner app that could scan our inventory and also keep a database of it locally. We deal with alot of stainless steel piping and fittings which we need to keep track of. We will make our own barcode stickers and keep an inventory of it. I need something that will scan our inventory and keep track of how many items we have in stock. There needs to be something where I could store detailed information on certain items we have in stock. I would also appreciate it if the application could update quantities if someone from our company pulls stock out of our inventory and updates the info from another iPhone. So far the only application that comes close to what I'm looking for is "Inventory Scanner" app. But its still has some flaws. One main flaw is that if you scan an item multiple times, it will ask you to input a description per scan, which is really annoying. If I was to scan an item Ive already listed, I want it to just update the quantity. Option B for me would to buy a wireless scanner of some sort like what www.serialio.com offers. Any information regarding to what I am looking for will be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your time guys.

Please PM/reply so we can discuss specific details and costs.

I think what you are looking for is somebody needs to create an app for your company which also can connect to your own database.
