Hi,

I'm a new mac user and I've realized I need a really good tutorial book to get me started. Can anyone recommend a really good mac users book? There are lots in the store and I'm just not sure which one is best. Any recommendations :D

I was new to Apples and OS X when I bought an Apple system this year and the book that I have found is Mac OS X - The Missing Manual (Tiger edition) by David Pogue. The book is less then $20 from amazon.com.

I'm slowly working my way through the book and find it is fairly well organized and isn't a difficult read.

I'm a big fan of Mac OS X Tiger Killer Tips by Scott Kelby.

You need another book (like the above) for overall knowledge, but Killer Tips is great for just browsing for cool things you can do... and it's quite informative as well.
