Need a monitor recommendation for photography!

I have a Mac Studio that I use with a 30" Cinema Display, which I adore. But it's a bit long in the tooth, and I'm not sure if I can calibrate it, given that it is somewhat known for yellowing, so I'm thinking it's time to replace it.

I'm doing some professional work (family photos mostly) where I deliver photos to my clients via digital images, and then let them print the photos if they want. At some point, I'll do my open printing.

What I love most about my 30" is the matte screen, the size, and the design. I'm hoping to get a matte monitor, ranging from 27" - 32", with a reasonably nice design.

The options I'm considering are a Studio Display (nano texture?) and some BenQ monitors. For BenQ, I'm not sure if I need the SW series built for photographers, or whether a designer monitor would suffice.

Anyway, I'm a bit lost. I've heard that the nano texture on the studio display is not good for photography (?). I don't know. Any help here is appreciated.

The yellowing is a problem with CCFL backlights when they age with use.

What's your budget? Preferred resolution? Do you need pixel-perfect scaling?

I can spend up to around $1500 or so, but would ideally like to spend less. I'd prefer 4k at minimum, but honestly I'm not sure it matters that much. I don't know too much about it, but I heard that MacOS works better with 5k than 4k, so I'd be open to that as well.

With that budget you can even consider a 6K 32”.

What colour space do you use though? Most of the cheaper monitors are better suited for sRGB or Display P3, whereas proper AdobeRGB coverage generally means a higher cost monitor.

You could buy a refurbished Apple Studio Display in their store. It is 5K and integration is seamless; on top 1 year Apple warranty and Apple Care available. I did exactly this and I am very happy with it.

I work in Lightroom and tend to use the sRGB color space (at least that's what's set in my cameras).

I will say that I'm pretty new to this digital file deliver and print stuff, so I'm open to what I should do here. I know that Adobe RGB is a wider color space and is preferred for printing (?) so perhaps I should use that, but I'm concerned with how the digital files will look on client's phones/laptops, etc.
