Need a picture editing app

HI All,

Without much success I have been researching an app for my iPad pro for editing pictures. What I need to do is resize, copy and past background cut outs to cover up parts of the image and crop. I then need to take the pictures and put them all into one .pdf document. I can do this all on my MacBook pro with preview and adobe but I can't find a clean user friendly way of doing it on my iPad.
