I have well over 600 apps in itunes with about 20% of those associated to a second account.

is there a way to sort / delete apps based on an account name tied to these apps?

Even a 3rd party solution or some manner of applescript to do the deed would be great.

51 views and not even a someone with the same problem or a hint to something.

You could use this script to identify the apps by account ID.
You only need to retrieve the appleId attribute and then you'll get a list that you can filter, and work from there.

It's a start. :)
