Need a USB hub and more storage. What's good?

I need to get a multiple USB hub and increase the storage on my 2015 27" iMac. My 2TB hard drive has 260GB left. I do drone photography so those photos and videos eat up a lot of space. What's good and is there anything I should stay away from? The multiple USB hub will be for multiple card readers plus I plan to use a couple external hard drives. I'm looking for quality and speed from both.

I've used a Lacie Porsche 2TB hard drive before. It got the job done.

I recently purchased this Anker hub, recommended by The Wirecutter. I also bought (a few months back) their recommended external storage, a 4Tb Seagate.
