Need advice on what to do after jailbrake

im new to this iphone thing, i absolutely love the fact of jailbraking the phone. Where and how do i go bout getting apps after jailbraking. I managed to jailbrake it on the first attempt but dont know where to go bout getting stuff for the iphone.
i might sound like a stupid wannabe, but i am and would appreciate ur guidance and help...

Open up the Cydia app, its all in there. I dont recommend the installer app as its too unstable when I have used it.

Winterboard is an app on Cydia, its the theming app. Download a few themes and activate them through Winterboard.
