Need Advice on which HDD for upgrade!

I have a 2010 mpb 13inch, 2.4 GHz intel core 2 duo, 10.6.8, 8g ram, 250mb standard drive that came with it.

I've run out of space and i'm looking to upgrade to a 1TB+ 2.5" internal hard drive. i spent all day researching on newegg and I found 3 that interest me and i need some advice/reviews if you know anything/purchased these hdd's

people in the reviews have complained that its loud and the hdd freezes due to vibration from the internal speakers. I'm a music producer and this is might be a problem because I have external monitoring speakers which are on my desk along with my laptop and sometimes i need to turn them up loud and they vibrate my desk.

Samsung Spinpoint M8 1TB, 5400 rpm, SATA 3.0gb/s, 8mb Cache
cheaper than the WD Scorpio Blue, but i dont know if samsung is reliable in the HDD department.

Hitachi GST Travelstar 1TB, 7200 rpm, SATA 3.0gb/s, 16 Mb Cache
People that recently purchased this HDD have said the listing is incorrect and it is actually SATA 6.0gb/s with 32mb Cache.
i think im mostly likely to buy this one, but im not sure if this HDD is compatible with my macbook, i couldn't find any information on the page.

Also can my mpb run these SATA III? (is that what sata 3.0gb/s means? sorry im a noob when it comes to this...)

You're in the wrong sub-forum, but I would get the new Seagate SSHD drives with the NAND Smart Cache. The 1TB models are due out right about now if not out already and they can be as fast as SSD drives... only bigger of course... and about the same price as their non-hybrid rotational counterparts. I would avoid any 5400RPM drive unless you bang your laptop around a lot when it's running.

Ok.....

SATA comes in diferent speeds or revisions.

SATA I : 1.5 Gbit/s
SATA II: 3.0 Gb/s
SATA III: 6.0 Gb/s

These are top speeds in any interfase

And developing the SATA 3.1 and 3.2 It is my understanding that SATA III and SATA II are backwards compatible, but a faster SATA III will only operate in SATA II speeds if used in a SATA II controller. That said, your MBP uses a SATA II controller, if I am right. I will use a WD, Seagate or Hitachi drive. My personal preference goes to the WD ones, but seems that is not an option to you. Samsung I dont like in HDDs and keep hearing bad things....

SATA III parts usually give better performance even connected to a SATA II port - probably just because of being newer designs, larger caches, and etc.

But I just wanted to add that for DeskTop drives anyway, Samsung is the pits! Terrible error rate! Avoid them. I can only assume their 2.5" drives might be the same.
