I've just been browsing the App store and saw Rome Total War [2004] amongst the games, I was wondering if my Macbook Air [2012] would be able to run the game smoothly without heating up to much.

I have Civ IV from Steam and that runs a dream, but I know that TW games can be really intensive.

Any help would be greatly appreciated as I don't want to waste £17

Thanks :D

On low/medium settings it should run fine, it will make your machine heat up though as it really uses the CPU and card to the max.
