Need app like monosnap that'll save captured images in WEBP format?

Hi I use monosnap to capture images of the mac's screen and programs. Unfortunately it saves only in JPG format.

Is there any good mac app like monosnap that'll work like monosnap and save in WEBP format too? Thanks!
