need app to stream from mb to iphone

im looking for an app that will stream media from my macbook to my iphone. free is obviously preferred, but it needs to work smoothly. thanks.

You can also add 30 friends to share music with as well.

Orb will stream video, but so will other apps as well. I haven't seen a free video from Mac streaming app though.
