iPhone Need basic help getting iOS public beta

Hi folks.

Whenever I click on the sign up button on Apple's public beta page, I have to sign in which brings me back to the sign up screen. When click sign up again, I have to sign IN again. This endless loop happens only with my personal Apple ID (my work ID was able to download the beta and my wife's account too). I've had this problem for a couple years now. I previously beta tested another iOS but I can't remember which. I left that one midway through and ever since then, it's as if my ID has been corrupted with Apple. I can't get the Mac betas either. Same endless loop. Happens on the phone too.

I know I could download a config profile online from someone but I'd rather get it from the source. Anyone out there have a suggestion? Brian

I did but haven't heard back. Is there a specific address I should send it to?

Have you tried to send them an email ?
Cause I personally did and they replied within 2 days

Do you have Cookies enabled? Which browser do you use? Also if you're in Private Mode try without it.

Thanks. I did all that and nothing works. Apple wasn't able to fix it, so I just used my work Apple ID to get the config profiles and got it that way.
