Need deciphering of iPhone battery data please

I have an 11 Pro Max running 17.4.1 that was new in box in 'July 21- so it's been running for 3 years. Latest OS, no damage, works fine. Question: It says Maximum Capacity 91%. Is that...good? It says last charged to 81%, but I think that is a function of "Optimized Battery Charging," which is enabled.
And how can you find a cycle count for this phone?

Under Settings > Battery > Battery Health…it will show the cycles

Presumably, yes. I have iPhone 15 pro so it behaves a little differently - but optimization will delay full charge based on some machine-learning voodoo.
