Need HD screen recording with audio

Is there a way or an app to get a high quality screen recording WITH audio? There is a webcast tonight that I’d like to record.

I’d like the audio to be NOT from the microphone, but from the browser itself.

I’ve searched and can’t seem to find anything. I’m using a new iPad Pro.
