There is a seller in my city and he has this device. He said this device brought from germany, original and brand new. What do you think? Why there is a plastic wrap on it? I want to buy this phone but I need professional opinions from you guys. Thank you

What kind of a seller is he? Retail store? Pawn shop? Garage sale? Dark alley?
What's the price difference compared to buying the same from Apple directly?
Is the price difference worth the potential of major aggravation?
Will Apple sell you an extended warranty on this phone?
Are there any red flags appearing before you?

No one here will be able to help you other than guessing.. All your showing us is a box. Have the seller meet you at an Apple store and have him open it and let Apple inspect it. They'll know if it's real..

The box has a serial #. Check with Apple. Also, open it and have the device give you that info in front of the seller. If it matches the box and the box's serial is valid, then it's genuine.

Also, you could ask for the seller's receipt (printed or electronic).

in Indonesia all iPhones are sold with that plastic.its Greenpeel. the safest thing to do is check the serial number and see what comes back.
