So I installed GM2 last night and noticed that there was now alot of partitions and weird ones that I couldn't edit. I am afraid to restart because it looks like osx won't boot my main partition according the diskutil list cs. Can anybody tell me what to do? I am using filevault on my computer btw.

Here is the output from diskutil list
Code:
diskutil list
/dev/disk0
   #: TYPE NAME SIZE IDENTIFIER
   0: GUID_partition_scheme *251.0 GB disk0
   1: EFI EFI 209.7 MB disk0s1
   2: Apple_CoreStorage 250.1 GB disk0s2
   3: Apple_Boot Recovery HD 650.0 MB disk0s3
/dev/disk1
   #: TYPE NAME SIZE IDENTIFIER
   0: Apple_HFS Macintosh HD *249.8 GB disk1
                                 Logical Volume on disk0s2
                                 347B8797-A04C-415F-A609-F52F24CC9BA0
                                 Unlocked Encrypted

and here is the diskutil cs list

Is this perhaps a moment when that backup/clone of the old perfect working system that you can install whenever you want, gives you comfort?

It's only 1 day old, so all is good.

Is this the moment?

I'm not sure what the O.P. is worried about. What, specifically, do you think is the problem? I see an EFI partition used during booting, a recovery image if you need it, and the main drive which is encrypted with FV2. Looks normal to me. The system will ask you for a password to unlock the main partition at boot time and continue to boot.

I agree, it looks normal to me for a disk encrypted with FV2 unless the OP did not realise the disk is now encrypted which seems to the be default with the latest installs. Hopefully the OP knows the password otherwise then there could be issues.
