I have a 24" imac which I love, but I work on it all day, sometimes 12 hours a day and it really does a number on my eyes even though I have the brightness set at the lowest level.

Is there a way to dim the screen more than just adjusting the brightness, or is there an external program that will help me do it.

I love a bright screen, but it seems to fatigue my eyes and give me a headache when I'm on it all day.

Thanks for your help,

Josh

Maybe inverting the colours helps you. Press CMD + alt + ctrl + 8

Wow, that is crazy lol.

I do appreciate it and I think it will help me out a lot for certain situations.

I would still like any input from people that may know how to make my beautiful expensive screen look like a crappy $20 CRT that has no color or brightness ;)
