Need help (Face Time not accepting password)

I have recently purchased an iMac & lovin it.....

However i have tried to download some software to use "face time" and it requires my password... I am 100% sure i am entering the correct password but it is not accepted, any ideas?

Have you tried changing the password via System Preferences >>> Accounts?
Or you could reset it via the grey restore DVD: http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1274
