Need help finding an app

I'm not sure if there is such an app, so I figured I'd find someone here that can help me.

I need a reminder app that I can be anywhere within audio (earshot) to my iPhone and say "remind me to xxxxxxx" and it adds my reminder to my reminder list. I know when the phone is plugged in it can do that with the "hey Siri" option, but I need something that I can do that with that doesn't require it to be plugged in.

Your phone isn't going to be listening to anything if it's not turned on, unless you do one of the two above things.

Do that somehow work when the user is not using the phone and the phone is locked and just lying somewhere nearby?

Not sure if Apple even allows an app to access the microphone when the app isn't active or the screen off.

App wise, I'm clueless. But there are alternatives such as the new 6S models and Android
