Need help finding app that password protects voice memos

Hi all -

I am trying to find an iPhone app that allows me to record voice memos and then password protect (and preferably encrypt) the sound file prior to emailing the file to another person. I don't really need any other features beyond this.

So far, I have not been able to find any apps that offer this function. Does anyone know of one?
