Need help finding bootloader

I was trying to build an IPSW builder with winpwn and i was requested to browse for a bootloader 3.9 and 4.6 on my computer.
Where can i find them???
I am really stucked there and could need some help.

boot loaders

ok for the boot loaders Google is a wonderful thing or just check www.appleiphoneschool.com it's a good site lots of info and all that fun stuff and like the guy above said put the phone in DFU mode. with either iBricker or iLiberty+ or plug it in then turn it off then hold the power button and the home button for exactly 10 seconds. then let go of the the power button but keep the home button held windows should beep then iTunes should say phone is an restore mode... and same for Mac minus the beep.... :) hope that helps but remember pwn first then build ipsw. and restore with that but get to normal 114 first.
