Vodka got spilled on my macbook pro on new years eve. When I went to the apple store the guy told me apple will fix it put in all new parts that need it. The cost of that will be $755 and the warranty for it will only be 90 days. So do I get it fixed or do I just buy a new one?

Any opinions help.

Thanks!

I suggest you bring it to at least one third party shop for another repair estimate.

Ultimately, it will be your call depending on how you value services, how much you use this device and when you expect on replacing it vis-a-vis the repair warranty. Since you have provided none of this information, my personal choice would be to replace this device with a new unit.

But that's just me...

Which model do you have? That's an awful lot to spend on something that may or may not last.

I have a MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Late 2013).

Hard to decide what to do could put the $755 towards a new one or just have it repaired

Price it out on e.g. eBay to see how much MBPs with same specs as yours cost - not sure if you have the stock version. Sometimes it's cheaper to buy used than to repair what you have. You then need to decide on buying used vs buying new.
I personally would not buy the 2016 MBP but that is me.

Unless you have a higher spec'd machine, it's literally cheaper to buy a 2014 or 2015 retina MacBook Pro 13". I just bought a 2015 13" MacBook Pro 2.7/8/128 model for $650 on Craigslist.

However, if you have a high spec'd machine, it may be better to fix yours.

Not sure where you're posting from, but I've seen BRAND NEW non-retina MacBook Pros selling (ebay sellers) in the $795 range.
You have to search for them.

Just saw a new 2015 retina MacBook Pro 13" in a 8gb/256gb configuration for $1,199 (ebay store electronics valley).
No affiliation with the seller other than I bought the same model from them a few weeks' back...

I would say you're better off getting a newer machine then pouring over seven hundred dollars into a 3+ year old computer. Just my $.02
