i want to set this image in my twitter cover photo. but when i re-size to recommended size it is damaged i mean not in its actual state.please help me.

I do not use Twitter personally but believe the header size has to be 1500 x 500 pixels in size to work on Twitter, which is why you are probably having problems. You image is 960 x 394. So when you upload it to Twitter it is being resized to 1500 x 500 which will distort it due to stretching.

Here are a couple I have sized to 1500 x 500 for you.

well many many thanks now it is better than before but there is one other problem, when i upload it on twitter some portion of top side of the image is being cut out. i take screen shot for your understand. if you can give any suggestion on that.

I have had to move things to fit Twitters template. As you will see from the screenshot of my Twitter template it should now fit within Twitters header guidelines. Let me know.
