Need Help: How Can I Access Info in Previous iPhone Backup

1- Bought iPhone 16 pm
2- Went through setup WITHOUT pairing old device to new
3- Manually set-up new phone
4- DID NOT restore from previous iPhone backup
5- Backed up new iPhone
6- iCloud had two backup files, new & old

Is there any app or program that can access the previous iPhone backup and files within? I've searched the app store and found nothing.

Don't think iMazing will work in this case as OP seems to be mentioning their backups are in iCloud, not local.

Believe iMazing only handles local backups.

ADD: kludge. Setup the phone from the old backup, backup via iMazing or Finder on Mac. Reset the phone with the most recent backup in iCloud (to get back to where the phone was). Now have a backup iMazing can handle.

Ah, you're right. I missed the part about them being in iCloud.

In that case - the only thing you can do is wipe your phone and restore the old backup, or do it on a spare device if you have one.
