I installed a new hard drive in my Mini mac 1.8G 80Gig and re installed the Apple OS that came originally with the system, but when I try to open Itunes its says it needs Quicktunes 7.5 I think and I cant find that specific upgrade. I also tried to run system updates and the computer keeps starting to run the updates then just never finishing. I have let it run all night twice and I am at loss for ideas. Does anyone know what I did wrong?
Please Please Help!
I copied everything over to an external hard drive and I also have my original HD powered up and I can see it on my desktop screen but Itunes is not working right and thats the main reason I bought the thing years ago was for itunes and pic editing,.

do you have the oem 80gb hdd in an external case? if you do it should boot. so go to the gear box call system preferences pick startup drive and pick your external oem hdd then boot it. it should boot and run everything just fine (just slow). if it does get back to this and let us know.
