Need help installing 10.8 on Macbook 4,1?

I am gonna be getting my Macbook that I ordered off of Ebay in about a week and I am wondering if there would be anyone who could guide me step by step on how to install 10.8 on this laptop that already runs 10.7.5

Also, I am only thinking about running Windows 7 on this, should I upgrade to 10.8 or stay with 10.7.5 if my sole purpose is to use Windows?

Go here and purchase ML for $19.99 and Apple will email you a code you can use in the App Store under Lion to download Mountain Lion.

Once you complete the download the installer in Lion it will automatically launch and walk you through the install.

MacBook4,1 is limited to Lion (OS X 10.7.5)
Although you can use MLPostFactor to install and use ML (but no further)…
You can't use the MB4,1 to purchase ML, but you would have to use a Mac that can boot ML natively, you can't do that on the MB4,1.
