Hello guys,

I recently felt the need to buy old ipods and install flash memory in them.
I successfully did it on the following:
iPod video 5.5
iPod mini 2G
iPod 4G

However I have had no luck with the iPods 1g and 2g.
They simply will not mount when they have a flash card installed.
I have attempted it on both, macs and windows computers.
I have tried fat32 and extended journaled and have had no success.

I tried using super duper to clone a hard drive image to a flash card but I was unable to do it because Super Duper and Carbon Copy Cloner require both drives to have a HTS+ (can't think of the exact acronym) format.

Can anyon
