So I'm trying to install XP Media Center with Boot Camp.

If you don't know, Media Center is 2 discs and the eject key doesn't work until you install the boot camp drivers once inside of windows.

So, is there a way around this? I've scoured the internet and haven't really found anything. A few people did mention a program called "eject" and to access it from a thumb drive but I don't understand how to access it.

Another way to do this might be to slipstream the 2 discs onto 1 DVD but I can't find any guides on the internet. Can anyone point me to one?

Hmm... I'm not sure about this... Can you restart your machine and pick up right where you left off? If so, eject the CD by holding down the mouse button or the eject button.

If the reboot/eject idea doesn't work, have you considered giving Vista Premium a shot? It includes Media Center (so does Ultimate).

I used to use a home theater PC based on XPMC and when I upgraded to Vista and used its Vista Media Center (VMC) I found it to be a much better user experience. All your XPMC plugins will work, if you're using any.

I'm usually a strong proponent of XP, but I think that the VMC is one area where Vista is superior
