iPod Need Help!!!! Itunes

i just recently bought an Ipod Mini and installed it on my macbook pro. everything was fine in my itunes library until the next day when i tried to open itunes and it gave me an error message. so i uninstalled itunes and re-installed it but still nothing shows up in my library. the music is still on my HD though, and can sync everything to the ipod....but still cant see anything in the library pane. SOMEBODY HELP ME!!!!?????

I had this happen to me once when I was using a PC. I downloaded iTunes using Firefox and it wasn't downloading correctly. Then I used IE, and it worked fine.

I'm not sure if this is your issue, but thought I'd throw it out there.
