need help jailbreaking version 1.1.2..help urgent

hi guys i have iphone 2g version 1.1.2 and want to jailbreak it. its already unlocked. and i was thinking that first i would update to version 2.1 and then jailbreak through quickpwn. i have microsoft vista.. am i doing it right, thats what i suppose to do? pls help and if u can.. pls can u give me link for quickpwn for vista and also 2.1 version file.. pls

2.2 is the latest firmware, why not upgrade to that and then Quickpwn?

cause many people having problem with 2.2 so i don;t want to take risk.. can some one give me lin kfor quickpwn for windows and 2.1 version fiel../ pls
