need help jailbreaking

this is my first time posting on this site and im new to jailbreaking also

i have a iphone 6 plus running 9.2 4.32.00 and ive tried to jailbreak using Pangu and cydia impactor tool but have had no luck.
when i run the cydia impactor after entering my id i get a message saying something about applying or a pending certificate and when i hit ok it does nothing just goes back to the impactor and if i press start i have to go thru the same process again entering id and password then same again with the same Attention message.

does anyone know what is happening or am i doing something wrong?

any help would be apprceiated

ive tried to install but it starts to download and after the timer circle gets to a 9 oclock position the icon dissapears and i get a message saying "Unable to download App" 'PP Jailbreak' could not be downloaded at this time. and you have Done & Retry options but still no joy when i retry.
would you have any thoughts on why its not working
