Need Help Making a 3d MODEL...pls pls pls help..this is important

Well, i need to do this MODEL for a product, by the name of RIBENA...well, just a simple one, we need to MODEl an exact lifesize RIBENA pack using a 3D Software. I'm currently using 3d Studio Max on the Windows side and i don't have any 3D software on my mac. So if anyone can help me out with this? i mean maybe if u have the program 3D studio Max, probally run down the steps on how this can be done or if u have any other 3D programs, can u please help me out and make MODEL?

as i am a student who has started using maya it is quite simple if u need help give us a shout gokhan@fsmail.net for this ribena carton do u need to see inside and how much deatil do u need i.e the flaps on each side the driking hole etc straw
