Need help on this photo

Hi guys, so recently I took a screenshot from a video but it looks slightly blurry and grainy although it's on 1920x1080 resolution. It doesn't look nice when I set it as my wallpaper. Is there anything I can do with image editing software to make it look nicer?

Basically the answer is "no". You can bring up the image in preview then in the adkument dialog move the "sharpness" slider all the way to the right. But it adds noise. Sharper yes but better? I don't think so.

In the same dialog box try making it very bright and low contrast. So it is just shades of white and you don't see the problems.

I recently spoke with a printer that does printing work, including for big posters and billboards. There's a software that is used by ad agencies specifically for making pictures bigger (and using an algorithm to still keep them sharp), though I can't remember the name of the software. But I was told that Photoshop also has a limited similar feature. If you have access to Photoshop, maybe you could see if that is a feature it offers and use that to increase the size/resolution of the pic.

Passing that info along in case it's helpful.
