If you are asking how to apply an IMEI unlock without a restore:
I recommend doing this:
To apply the IMEI unlock, you do not need to restore. Get SAM from Cydia (http://www.bingner.com/SAM.htm) and run it, Utility tab select deactivate the phone. Kill SAM in task manager.
Plug the phone into iTunes to reactivate - YOU MUST have a sim in it to re-activate. The unlock will attach.
And on an added note, this is not a real time support site. Expecting an answer in 13 minutes is unrealistic.

shsh blobs yes/no? Also it's not our fault your on limited time frame and need help knowing how to use google. plus you make no mention if you want to keep the firmware version or upgrade.you want help we will try but provide info or search for it.
