Need Help setting up Audio on my mac

This is What i'm trying to do.
Run my Speaker output as my mic.
In order to run better quality on a live stream, because i don't feel like setting a mic in front of my speaker lol.
HOW do i do this??

There is a program called soundflower that will let you output the audio to it and you can select it as your input as well
