Need help setting up iStat Menus

I downloaded and upgraded yesterday and then reinstalled it and made sure to register with the product key.

However, I can't get all the information like in the link above. I don't see any area for RPMs for fans, temps, and power draw:

Ran into the same issue with the 2020 MBP 13" and Bjango directed me to this beta:
