Need help to change icons after using ielegance pro

Hi everyone,
I have just downloaded the ielegance pro theme on my iphone 3G.
It looks great.
But only the original and Cydia apps icons have changed.
I would like to change the other apps icons like Air Sharing, Converter, etc...
I have downloaded the news icons and have proceeded with fugu via SSH.
But the icons don't change... ?!?
the names are the same, with caps...
I just don't see what I am doing wrong.
Please can anybody help me ?
