Need help uninstalling Chrome Extension (in yosemite)

On Yosemite, I installed a Chrome plugin called Yellow High Contrast Chrome Theme and I cannot uninstall it. It does not show up on my Chrome extensions page.

I've searched the web looking for how to manually uninstall an extension to no avail. Can anyone help me to uninstall this extension? In the meantime I've got a crazy yellow style in Chrome I can't get rid of.

I fixed it! I happened to see a cool Google App that let's you manage your extensions outside of Chrome. And when I installed and used it, it showed the extension that was not visible on the Chrome Extensions page. Awesome app.
It's called Chrome Apps Developer Tool.
