Me Too - Had Same Issue
I had the same issue. I just did a Restore on my phone and I choose restore as new iPhone. I was still able to get my contacts and music back but I lost email, SMS history, etc. But of course I knew that before I did it. Hope this helps.

If that doesn't work your going to have to do a force restore on the phone.
Plug the phone into the computer and open iTunes.
With the phone plugged in press and hold the top power button and bottom home button like your doing a hard reset. Then once the apple logo shows up on the screen let go of the top power button and hold down the home button until you see iTunes say "its found a phone in recovery mode" Then click restore and you should be okay from there.
