I have an appointment tomorrow at the Apple store due to some screen bleed and a dead pixel, and I'd love to know how to use the dowloadable version of that so I can show the Genius at the store.
It says to make the browser fullscreen, but I haven't found a way to do that with either Safari or Firefox. And when it has thumbnails of different shades of colors I can't maximize them to fill up the whole screen, the pointer has four arrows to move the image but it does nothing when I click on it.
I'm a total noob at this so I'm sorry if the questions have obvious answers, I always come to these forums to get the best advice
