Hi all,
I have been having a problem with Beejive. I have the latest update, and am using it on a Iphone 3G. I have it set to stay logged in for 24 hours, and my status is available, however my friends see it as unavailable, and when i send a message to my friends it doesn't show up on their phone.
Any thoughts on why this might be happening? I haven't changed any settings since before when I was reliably getting messages, so am not sure where the problem is.
I tried uninstalling and reinstalling this morning to no avail....

Did you log-in at any desktop clients or other clients by any chance? Even web clients?

Mine sets as available, busy, customized with Beejive right now so I'm not sure why yours is like that. Maybe try to do a power cycle on your iPhone, turn it off then turn it back on.

I logged in briefly this morning to the account, to make sure the password was set correctly etc. Its an account I created only for beejive, so i don't log into it except for from my phone.
I tried cycling my phone off then on, that didn't help. My settings say available, but its still not showing as available to anyone. Plus it is showing that others are unavailable on the phone, when according to gmail chat (on the computer) they are online and available....

Hmm I don't know anymore, you need to contact Beejive support themselves. They'll ask you to log-in using their debug server (I did that before to troubleshoot something with their directions) and it got fixed. They have a friendly support team so go contact them ;)
